New Yorker born and bred. Raised by parents who talked about social justice around the dinner table, and two older twin sisters who arm-wrestled the boys in the cafeteria at school, making my voice heard and taking up space was something I was taught to always fight for. I pride myself on my New York swagger, high-tops, hoop earrings, and incredible love for my city. At my first private school, Brown University, while managing my culture shock, I studied Ethnic Studies with a focus on Race in Performance, and of course Theater.
After college I picked up my stuff and I bought a one way ticket to Panama. I traveled north for 5 months through Central America. I love adventure. I love to eat and try new food. I love to dance. And now I love to scuba dive.
A few years later I packed my bags again, this time moving to Brooklyn, and started my MFA in Acting at Brooklyn College. I thrive on acting and transforming and exploring and getting really really dirty. Honing my skills as an actor and dedicating my life to this craft has become my favorite adventure.
When Iām not acting you can find me writing, playing with my camera and taking headshots, dancing, teaching and coaching fellow actors.
